Over the past 10 years, I have serviced local communities and visitors alike all around Australia, providing professional care in the areas of Physical Healing, Emotional Wellbeing & Spiritual Awakening.
My emphasis is on friendly, honoring service, provided by a caring professional practitioner who loves their work and who has an innate ability to nurture and intuitively heal.
I am a fully qualified member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, therefore enabling me to receipt for all major health funds including Bupa and Medibank Private.
We are all such unique beings, inside and out. We may have the same blood type or food intolerances, however we are very individual, especially when it comes to healthcare. I have found that one medicine or therapy approach simply cannot be labelled as suitable for 'everyone'. I have had extensive training in both Eastern and Western Medicine therapies and continue to study in many areas of healing and natural therapy. I am currently working through a Medical Doctorate in Complementary Alternative Medicine, M.D. (A.M); specialising in bodywork, injury rehabilitation, whole body healing, Nutritional Medicine, Emotional Healing, Self Discovery, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Meditation and Presence, Homeopathy, Yoga Therapy, Sound Therapy, Wholefood & Raw Food Living, Getting back to basics, and much more! I am also completing a research paper toward my Doctor of Philosophy in Alternative Medicine, Ph.D.(A.M.), as well as continued training in these fields.
I have over 10 years experience in the Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork industry in particular, and use the Massage / Bodywork as my main of therapy and treatment to facilitate opportunity to earn your trust and create the nurturing space needed to allow us to explore other healing and therapies if seeking these.
My unique '5 element healing model' style of treatment offers a completely wholesome session, tailored to meet your individual needs. The Massage and Bodywork I use provides deep relaxation, as well as remedial and musculoskeletal work and releases as needed. Using Acupressure, Ayurvedic and Hawaiian techniques to begin with, we calm the nervous system, creating relaxation of your body and mind, and we begin to attune your cells to the frequency that allows release and healing to take place. I use many styles of Massage and Bodywork from both east and west, including Swedish, Remedial, Musculoskeletal, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Tui-Na, Acupressure, Ayurveda, Kahuna, Lymphatic, and more! I use selected sounds and music, colours, aromatherapy, crystals, herbs and oils to facilitate the break up of stagnant energy held in the cells of the body, and with every in-breath, infusing into the cells a higher frequency so that you have less pain, more energy, more clarity, and feel more relaxed, balanced and happy! This cycle may occur several times within one session, taking you deeper and deeper, allowing for more profound regeneration and revitalization. You will feel completely renewed, nurtured and balanced!

I offer Treatments in Bli Bli and also set days in Bulimba, on Brisbane's south side.
I am available by appointment only and offer early morning & evening appointments and public holidays as needed to suit your schedule.
Health Fund Rebate Receipts are provided upon request for all massage treatments. A HealthPoint facility is available for your private health fund rebate if you have a telephone point in your home, and eftpos machines are available for both clinic and mobile services for payments.
